Sends you products that don't even work. Avoid at all cost pls. Bought a car charger for 15 euros that doesn't even work. In my own country I can get a pretty good working one for 5 euros.

Avoid products from this company at all costs. I bought a USB C docking station. It turned out to be faulty. Did all sorts of tests including changing cables, laptops and monitors. The problem persists. refused to acknowledge the problem and refused to fix. They are based in china and wants me to return the product to china for them to check and pay for the return. The shipping almost the same value as the product. Bought from AliExpress and another very poor customer service platform, refused to help as seller asked me to return to China and pay for the shipping. My solution, stop using Ali Express and avoid this company's products. Very poor customer service and very poor warranty. Sadly, you cannot enforce any rights against chinese companies, their laws are rubbish and these companies know you cannot do anything hence they get away with it.

Avoid company at all cost especially if buying anything with batteries! Purchased a quick charge battery pack and doesn't charge using usb c! It turns of while attempting to charge! Even when using the usb A port it only gives 15w and not full 18w quick charge! Used once! Customers service is very bad I told them product is faulty and they asked me to send video proof! They replied saying ive purchased a quick charger and theirs no problem!?! They don't understand English!! Dont ignore this advise they dont even want to try resolve issue even with guarantee!!
