Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered something for my girlfriend. Compared to the other reviews I will never see my products. 12 days in counting. 5 days to process. It's been sitting in the same spot for the other 7 days. I doubt I will ever see these dresses. They give you the runaround in their customer service. Don't buy from this company.

I ordered a Casual Elegant Evening dress for my Daughter's wedding on 3/3/2022. Communicate with a Sales Rep by the of Omar,(probably fake name)!!!! I didn't get a TRACKING NUMBER, I was given some kind of Random (fake) number and know Confirmation. The dress was Advertised for $36.00 w/tax came to $47.03. I was strolling thru FB and seem the same dress, Advertised for $177.00.They have removed the dress, I have been looking for it!!!. BASEDUS Clothing Company is a "SCAM" and FB continues to Advertised them. I paid thru PayPal and I'm going to write too them.

Baseuscothing is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Their website popped up in the email and I ordered 5 items it’s them on 2/1/2022. After 15 days I reached back out to the company yo inquire about the status of my order. The customer service team provided a tracking number that 3 of my 5 items were on its way. The items were shipped to a completely different address. I requested a refund and was told I would receive my refund in 7-15 business days. Today is April 7th and I still have not received my refund or merchandise. This company is not legitimate.,you can’t even leave a review on their website.. I regret why I ever placed a purchase order with this company. Never ever again!

Today is 3/24/2022. I placed an order on 12/27/2021 through fakebook that directed me to BaseUsClothing website. Purchased 3 items and to receive the 4th free. That was the current deal. Was also given the time frame of up to 15 days. 1/26/2022 I reached out to the email provided through the website to inquire about my shipment. Just dreadful customer service. The worse entire experience in my life over all. I was then told my package would be on its way. Over the next fee I receive no follow up. I then followed up. Was informed of the same information that package would be shipped soon. Within the next few days I received 2 tracking #s for whatever reasons they items were packed and shipped separately. I then contacted CIS. and inquired why and what am I expecting. They notified me that they shipped out two and the other two would be shipped soon. Obviously at this point I am frustrated that I even chose to support a company I've never dealt with. A few days later I receive another tracking #. This is my 3rd. I then follow up to see if both remaining items re in the bag. Confirmed just one and the only pair of jeans that I ordered would be shipped soon. 3/5/2022 I reached out to CS. That’s right. Almost 3 months later I still have not gotten my jeans or had anyone to reach out to me explaining why. 3/5/2022 I was told that the jeans were sold out. I am very out of it at this point because I cannot believe the customer service. I asked about my options. he said you can pick something out at the cost. I did so... a day later I inquired for a tracking # because at this point I would like for this experience to be over with. I was told to wait....A week later I was given an old tracking # the the jeans. I then inquired if they now have had the jeans. I was told no. They made a mistake. Ok. So... again today 3/24/2022 and I've finally received a tracking #. WHEW! I will forever moving forward never support an unknown entity other than ones that I already deal with. Experience so terrible, 2 items did not fit and I really wanted to send back for an exchange but at this point. BAseUSClothing just got free money from me. SUCKS TO BE ME

Never got my order and cannot reach anyone to find out where it went.

Purchased a pokemon booster box for my grandson's Xmas that was never delivered. When clicking on receipt to see details of my order I get a message stating, "Sorry the shop is currently unavailable." Will file a complaint with PayPal.

I bought an automatic soap dispenser, which after a few days stopped working (like the vast majority of Baseus products). I contacted to comment on what happened and they told me not to worry, they would fix it. Days passed and they always told me that they would solve it, until the 15 days in which you can open a dispute in AliExpress are exhausted, and now they do not take charge. THEY ARE SOME SCAMMERS, BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!
