My Power Bank Charger has just stopped working, and its just over a year old. I have tried emailing and messaging customer support but they have not replied or even acknowledged my messages. So from now on, I will not be purchasing anything else from this company and will be advising my colleagues against buying from them. Clearly they think they think they can get away with poor service, but not in my case, Im totally against having any further or future dealings with them

This is one of the worst online company I have ever order from. I have not received my items and they refuse to return my money. Do noIt purchase anything from this company

I have a Baseus wireless phone charger that lasted about six months and then stopped working. I exchanged messages with Baseus Customer Service who demanded a video of the problem and a copy of the original proof of purchase, both of which I provided. I have been unable to get a response from them in a month. I'll never buy a Baseus product again.

Unseriös, schlechte Produkte und noch mieserer Support. Drei Produkte gingen nach knapp einem Jahr defekt, zwei Powerbanks (20 und 30.000 mah) sowie der 120W Gan Adapter. Der Support reagiert überhaupt nicht, Kopf in Sand Strategie. So bekommt China seinen Ruf weg, ich kaufe keine Baseus Produkte mehr um sie nach einem Jahr zu entsorgen!!!

Absolut unseriös. In der Gewährleistungfrist wird durch Druck von eBay eine Rückzahlung von 70 % vereinbart, erhalten 40% Eine Rücknahme des defekten Gerätes wurde abgelehnt, ebenso ein Umtausch. !?!?! Ich kaufe nie wieder bei einem Chinesen

I bought 2x 4 port 100w GaN chargers. One worked for about a year and does not charge. Some of the ports died and the working ports power keeps going ln and out. The other one came faulty on arrival. Some of the ports work and not. This brand is unreliable. Avoid and do not buy.

I bought a powerbank from Baseus, less than 2 1/2 years ago. Some time ago the powerbank showed small cracks in the housing, which deteriorated until the powerbank did not work anymore. Upon my request about a guarantee, I was informed that the guarantee period of 2 years had expired, so as a “coulance” they offered a 5% discount on a next purchase. Apparently the company does not care about customer satisfaction. So be aware. HSLB

Bought their charger cable for iphone many times, but except for the first purchase that lasted me one year, the rest was only lasted me few weeks. One of the recent item i bought has 6 months international warranty, but when I contact them & sent them the video of the faulty item, they came back with me with ‘it’s only one month free return warranty’. The package delivered on 8/11 and I reached to them on 9/12. It’s very low quality item and it’s expensive compare to other brands. Few friends of mine mentioned it’s bad quality. So, I won’t get this brand anymore. Many brands out there cheaper & long lasting.
