Very fast connection. Sounds great! If not placed properly, may feel pinching sensation or a slight pull after a few minutes.it For gym use would prefer ANC to blockbout loud noise from speakers in gym, but for a normal walk and activity around the house, prefer these as i am well aware of the surroundings. Wore it all day long for the past week and i am impressed.
