Not much to say. No major issues with system in 6 years. Their service for the minor concerns that have popped up has been professional and speedy. I would absolutely recommend Mid Atlantic to anyone.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work Mid-Atlantic completed in our basement. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism, teamwork and efficiency of the employees who completed the job. It was very evident that your employees are very skilled in their field. And the manager demonstrated great confidence and respect for his workers. And that carried over and boosted our respect and confidence in the company. This outfit did a superb job of waterproofing my basement. The workers took time to protect the materials that were stored tin the basement. There was still a lot of dust all over everything and it took me a long time to get it cleaned out. There were some minor details to be taken care of after the job was done and a Mid-Atlantic technician showed up to do that. The service is expensive but worth it in the long run.

They did the work that was promised, did it quickly, efficiently and cleaned up afterward. They came back to fix a problem at no charge and with no attitude.

While the installation of our basement waterproofing system was extensive and costly, the system is an excellent one. There has been two occasions where the company came out to our home to correct a problem that occurred and they were wonderful to work with and came out the very next day and resolved the issue at no charge. I was impressed with how the company treated my concern and how professional and focused they were on making me happy.. They are a good customer focused company. High and dry and loving it. I have totally finished our basement and now have a very large added living space to enjoy.

Our interior trench was installed by Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing. The system has been functioning well with the battery back-up. Twice, we had a little hairline cracks on the wall. Mid-Atlantic fixed the walls both time under warranty within a week. We are very pleased with their service department and technicians.

Mid altantic did a great job fixing my crawl space. When we had a problem they fixed it immediately and when they installed our system they came out in the middle of a snow storm to complete the assignment in a timely manner (2days)

They did Great job .. Workmanship was good water problems solved.
