What ever you do dont let the support access your pc to fix a problem All they do is create further problems Very poor product knowledge on understanding how printers and windows work Very poor support options of speaking to a company that sells but does not have a phone line in the UK The product itself is great, when it works, when you have a problem though it always requires you to figure out the solution!

No support, we have a product we can't activate, and support???? is totally dead. I can't recommend you to buy software from this company
