Niel was my customer service personnel who helped me. Not only did he. Help me understand. How do you use the product also shared with me the new updated version. Of the kits were coming and I'm so excited to be buying a new version. He also remembered me out of the hundreds of people that you all talk to. He remembered me. That is amazing. That is good customer service. Thank you again. Look forward to your product.

Exceptional Customer Service
Besides Barnakl ceiling filters being amazing... I had accidentally "subscribed" to the product when initially buying and when I saw a notice that the next shipment was coming, I panicked, as I have had some financial strife in the last couple months and was not prepared for this payment. I immediately emailed customer service asking if I could cancel the shipment and cancel the subscription, for the time being. An incredibly warm and speedy response came back and Angelica was so quick to cancel the order and thank me for my business. Communication was bar none, and the understanding and empathy from this team was incredible! I am so appreciative for small businesses such as this and I will be back.... soon!

They have no problem fixing the…
They have no problem fixing the mistakes, but the delivery department should pay a bit more attention to the orders. I truly love the idea of Barnakl, and want to support the Family Owned USA company.

Customer Service 10/10
Chadze took care of replacing a lost order, followed up often, and was very understanding and helpful. Customer service, in my opinion, is just as important as the product itself, and I received excellent customer service here. 10/10.

Great mission. Great product. Great service
Barnakl’s mission for cleaner and safer air is such an admirable goal, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company, specifically the support team member, Neil. He is a REAL PERSON (which is nice in this day and age) who helped me with all my questions and concerns. His responses were in a timely manner, and he was very pleasant to exchange emails with. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to improve the air quality in the home/ work area. And if you need help.. Ask for Neil!!!
