Scammers. This product does not work.

I want to return the two I bought because they come with a warning not to use on indoors. This warning is nowhere on their website. They refuse to accept returns. I have emailed several times asking for return instructions, but they always deflect, asking if I would like to keep them instead. No, I don’t want to injure my dogs; I want to return them. They assure me they can be used indoors, but why would they come with a warning not to do so? I have asked repeatedly for return instructions, which they will not provide. PayPal only lets you send messages to the seller but will not do a refund for some reason (I have had refunds on PayPal before, so …?).

Bought as a gift, this person has one ,different kind already, took 4 emails to ask for return label , told me they needed pic to prove it was not open , and it has not been, and tell me sorry it's been open and they can't return, bs, they never will return so be ware , scam , going to bank for return and sending to better business bureau,Do not buy this item, much better ones at there,

I ordered 2 devices for me and my granddaughter for her 90lb pit mix with excessive barking. When I tried to use it on her it only made her more excited and she started barking even more. I had to physically remove her from the area and the device to get her to quit barking. I tried return the devices via email. I did have quick turnaround on responses but they refused to issue a refund since the devices had been opened and used, though just a very few times. I was not happy because how can I test it if I cannot take it out of the box and try it. Since I told them that and that I was going to write a review with the BBB I haven't heard back from them. I have calmed down by now but still very angry they wouldn't let me return the devices even though I barely used them.

I was charged for 3 devices when I ordered only one. Now I cannot seem to get anyone to email me back or return a phone call.

Worst product ever, my dog didn’t even blink. This company should be out of business. It’s the worst $50.00 I ever spent! Do not buy!!!! I gave it a full months and it’s a waste of time!

Got is attention first time used, after that totally worthless, he completely ignored it! Complete waste of money! Bought a training collar and everything is fine now! Learned within a week! Don't let them rip you off!!

Once the battery is in the light cannot be turned off. Rubbish.
