I ordered it paid for extra shipping so it would get here total bill $58 and took it 11 days I got tired of waiting bought one on Amazon for $11 got here overnight it works great when they're showed up it was a joke looks like a toy next to the one I got for $11 that does a lot more functions then I tried to use it on the dog and the dog didn't even respond but the first one I got works very well

I have ordered twice now with no product. And the company is unreachable despite several phone calls and numerous emails. It was sent to wrong address even though I used PayPal, which I use weekly with no problems! At first thought it was my mistake but it happened again! Very strange, very shady!

This bark no more device is a big joke. The thing doesn’t work. I went by the instructions and my dog continued barking like he didn’t hear a thing. The button was busted and l can’t get it to work. I would rate this a 0 but I had to put in a 1. I know this is a scam!! Also, they try to sell you different items that don’t pertain to this piece of crap. They also charged me for two when I only ordered one

The company charged me for two barks no more units when I only ordered one. Then they argued with me that I ordered two. Also, after I ordered one, they bombarded me with marketing for other items that overwhelmed me. They then wouldn't take a phone call, so I had to email their customer service. I got one from a "Shannon" at NoBarks who is now sending me two emails a day marketing other products. I responded to her I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. No she did not do that. I got another email from their customer service telling that I didn't respond to their email so the matter is closed. I have yet to get a refund.

As best I can tell, the product works. My dog pays attention when I hit the button and tell him quiet and usually comes and lays beside me. HOWEVER several weeks later I had a charge of $39.95 on my credit card from Horizon Services, apparently somewhere during clicking through all the pages to get to the checkout, I signed up for a free trial that then later has a charge to it, I generally look for this sort of thing when buying on line because it seems to be the "norm". I ended up having to cancel my credit card, although Horizon Services did return my money after I contacted them with a sarcastic email. Unfortunately there must have been other things embedded in there because I have received notices from my credit card company about two other charges of $39.95 being declined. Looks like they sell this product on Amazon, buy it there instead of from Barksnomore.com then you can avoid the built in scam on the website.

Does not work AT ALL…. Well except my dog thinks it’s a toy….its so useless I finally just let him play with it. It’s now his toy and it did NOT help change barking or ANY behavior!!
