I believe this company (also, I think, known as trybarkly.com) is a sham. Ordered two cooling mats over a month ago and never received them. Tracking info was fishy to begin with -- showed them arriving from China, then to New York, where they hung out for a week or more, and suddenly showed they were delivered. Except, they weren't. When I emailed company, I was told to check with my neighbors. I have been emailing with a Kayla at their customer service -- as others have complained, there is no phone # -- who has offered a 30% refund. I'd rather file a fraud claim.

Ordered a cooling blanket for my dog. It was junk. Nothing about it was cooling. I wanted to return. Agent said keep it and we will refund 60%. Ok fine. Got a partial refund back. Asked about remaining $22 and it was then allegedly refunded. That was over 10 days ago. I received the initial refund the next day. I cant get any answers. Cant get a phone number and cant get a supervisor email. Agent just says she doesn’t have any contact info for anyone.

We brought this Bark control device at didn't work at all . We tried to call and email with no success of getting our money back . So if the barkly company reads this as they do please get in contact. ASAP

I wish I had checked this website before I ordered, trying to get a refund under their 30 day return policy, no answer to numerous emails and they obviously don’t post bad reviews on their own website! I would like to give it minus stars! *** Have now reported them to PayPal, please do the same if you’ve had problems***

Very unhappy that I cannot get into contact with anyone! In less than a month they seem to have magically disappear, but happily took our money and didn't send the full order! All we are asking is for our order to be chased up and someone to reply!

I was so thrilled to get my order, but I got so disappointed when it arrived. Could barely see that it was my dog even though the picture I sent was good.. Ordered 2 coffee cups and they were both broken. Pieces all over the box and 1 of the handles to the cups was completely off so had to throw it away.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ORDER THE COFFEE CUPS!

My boyfriends mom ordered a blanket from here, and it came out awful. She emailed asking if she could return it and send a different photograph.. and they emailed her back saying no. Wouldn’t refund it would replace it. So now she’s stuck with this blanket she hates because it looks awful.

Barkly is impossible to contact. We have been waiting for our order for over a month now, and the blanket we ordered still has not been created or processed. I've sent them message after message without any response. Hoping a bad review will finally get their attention so I can find out why nothing has been done yet. We won't be ordering from Barkly again. Waste of time and money.
