I ordered this product on September 27th, 2023 (vital bio supplement) it is now October 14th, 2023 and I have not yet received it. I have heard great things about this product. However I'm loosing faith it will ever make it to my destination. Edit/// I just received an email immediately after reaching out to them and they are correcting the issue. It seems they do care about customer service which is very much appreciated
