Anthony and Justin did a fantastic job repairing/Replacing the Balboa Topside panel that went bad very shortly (couple of weeks) after the spa was up and running. They were very helpful in helping us better understand certain features of our spa as well as show us how to remove and clean the fountain strainers that seem need cleaning quite often as they get clogged with hair and debris. We have been enjoying our swim spas and hope to get many many years of use and enjoyment from it. I give this experience. 5 Stars, Purchasing experience 3.5 Stars Delivery experience 2 Stars

Scott also assisted in troubleshooting and addressing questions. They also make contractor recommendations who are specialized in connecting and supporting the hot tub. We would recommend Barefoot to anyone.
