When the tub works it's great..very poor customer service..does not answer emails or phone calls.

Barefoot Spas was not honest with us. They came to town with one of their expos. They convinced us that if we put money down we would be able to get a refund for whatever reason and install when we were ready. When we contacted Barefoot Spas to let them know that our HOA would not allow us to install the swim spa they led us to believe for 3 months that we would get our money back. After 3 months we finally got a call from Barefoot Spas to let us know that it has been over a year, they no longer have our credit card on file and they cannot give us a refund due to restocking fees. What restocking fee? We never even recieved a product! What a scam. I would not recommend giving Barefoot Spas any money unless you are 100% sure you are getting a product because they will likely not honor what they tell you.

The headrest that was delivered is defective. I emailed to request a replacement and have not received a response. You’re customer service is awful.

Well my spa is leaking and less than a year old. I contacted customer service 6 days ago and even paid the $150.00 service fee and have yet to be contacted again by anyone at to repair spa. This is not very good way to retain customers.

Went to a blowout sale they had. They salesman and boss were extremely friendly and helpful when they believed I was going to purchase a hot tub. After reading reviews online I decided to hold off and look elsewhere and when I stated to them I would not be purchasing their whole attitude changed and they became rude and hateful. After the salesman sat there and told us how he didn't like to be a pushy salesman and then they just treated us like trash. I would not recommend buying from them because if their after customer service is as bad as before and according to reviews I read it is just as bad.

Did not get what I paid for and Barefoot is refusing to accept their mistake and make it right, kind of like the last time I did business with them. I was told they had cleaned up their act, obvious they are really good about lying. Only way to resolve it dispute and file legal actions. If you’re shopping, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere, seems nothing is going to make this company ever live up to their promises.

We continue to have problems with water quality and discoloration even though we follow the upkeep directions we printed from your website for our spa. We have attempted multiple times to contact our salesperson and your customer service department with NO success. We have been spa owners for more than 25 years and have never had these problems. We have requested the name of a repair person in the Louisville area who does service for Barefoot Spas, but no luck getting that information. We made a HUGE MISTAKE purchasing a spa from your company.
