I’m still waiting for my order

NO Emergency Customer Service. Our Control panel stopped working Thanksgiving Friday. They were closed for the holiday and weekend. They are only open 9-5. I finally got ahold of someone on Monday morning. It's costing me $150 to have a tech come out to fix the problem, in about 7-10 days. My hot tube could freeze by then. Regretting every purchasing this from Barefoot spas. When they delivered the hot tub, they ripped the cover and tried to hide it. Thank God I have a Ring Camera and caught the whole thing.

The headrest fits perfectly, but the clips do not match up. I cannot get it to click in...such a bummer

I bought a swim spa exactly a year ago and now it’s not working and they won’t come fix it because it is out of warranty. I spent a fortune on this swim spa now I’m thinking it was all a big scam !!!

I have a warranty issue, they claim they did not make the components so they don't warranty it. it was a new hot tub i purchased from them, they are passing the buck. i would advise never buy anything from this company

Get replies from my emails, but very seldom answers to what I'm asking. Why don't I have points toward coupons that emails said I do?

I placed my order and didn’t receive any information about delivery, set up or anything. I had to keep contacting the delivery team (which was difficult to get ahold of) and the delivery woman that answered was beyond rude. The spa is on the smaller side, and does not come with any accessories like a cover, and you have to request a manual by emailing customer support. I tried to call customer support to get assistance with set up and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I wish I bought my hot tub from another merchant, which plenty of other companies provide a cover with the spa and set up support. Horrible experience overall!
