The spa is excellent The sales people cost them 5 stars. I was dealing with one rep and his son butted his way into to our discussion My wife had to tell him to stop interrupting while she was talking. He completed the paperwork for the sale and added in hidden costs without an explanation. The service department and the product are awesome but the representatives on the sales side cost Barefoot a 5 star review

Everything was delivered quickly and as promised. I took one star off for the packaging. There was an entire trash bag full of foam peanuts in the box. That stuff got every damn place. Quit using that crap!!

I love my barefoot Spa. It would’ve been 5 stars if finding answers hadn’t been as difficult as it was. The new addition to access a live person was wonderful and helpful. So far my Spa has been easy to manage and we use it all the time.
