Ordered filters, delivery took about twice as long as normal this time

Barefoot Spas was easy to deal with and kept the lines of communication open. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but only by a few days. I love my swim spa and use it everyday.

I am happy so far with the customer service, however, our tub is still not fixed. Barefoot has sent out the replacement parts, and we have received, but so far am still waiting on a technician to come and do the repairs

So far the tub is just perfect!! Dan was great to work with. Alittle trouble getting delivered when they said they would, but once it was delivered it was easy to get up and running . Opening the front panel was a bit difficult as I noticed from others comments , but other than that it’s been great fun and working well. It’s been a month.

Great product but slow delivery. Need express delivery options.

The owner’s manual needs to have better information for first time hot tub owners. It also needs to have more “model-specific” operating instructions. If I have model #XX.XX, why isn’t there at least and addendum that calls out that particular model’s specific features and traits?

Order was fast but additional items were out of stock

You are always out of stoke with the shock. I had to order it elsewhere. I need work done on my hot tub and have not heard when and it has been since september of last year. Otherwise you may have gotten 5 stars
