Didn't respond to emails regarding slow order fulfillment. Sent another email cancelling order and they sent it anyway.

Don't believe the salesman at one of their blowout shows! I can't think of anything he was honest about. He assured me the swim jets were adjustable and wouldn't be a problem. WRONG; their swim jets have one speed, which is too strong to swim against for average swimmers. Adjusting the air vents doesn't help much at all. The salesman gave me his personal number to call with any problems. When the spa didn't heat (and the installed filter was filthy) and I called him, he brushed me off. When I called Support, he told me the heater might be unplugged and how to plug it in, and also sent a new filter. I broke my wrist before I could try the swim tether I bought from Amazon, so still don't know whether I'll be able to swim in the "swim spa," so we still have a 15' hot tub.

The order took 3 weeks to deliver.

i love my spa and was a great price. everyone was excellent and i also took the tour but now i have a issue and its been hell to get customer service to respond now after getting customer service i was told a second party would contact me to come out 4 weeks later no one we need a better after purchase contact

Delivery people were not careful. The spa was going on a deck, so it had to be taken through the house. They drug it across our recently refinished hardwood floors and left deep scratches in the wood. The spa seems to be leaking. It loses about an inch of water per week The lower deck is constantly wet from the dripping water. It is a nice spa, but I'm not sure it is worth the money.

Trying to find or buy filters for my tub was a challenge , your website is a mess.

It took me more than a month waiting for my swim spa be repaired.

You customer serves person did a good job. The directions for maintaining your hot tubs was very lacking. I destroyed the head rests on my hot tub because of the instructions provided.
