Trying to figure out the replacement sizes of head pads online was difficult. I made a call to customer service, she was terrific, explained the sizes weren't correct on the website also suggested that I should remove the pads when the spa was not in use. I had no idea, so in the future, I'll certainly remove the pads. I know now, it'll extend the life of them.
