We have tried grounding sheets with great results from another company, but saw that there were supposed to be even better results with BareEarth and with the ‘no questions asked’ return policy- we decided to try. The sheet was actually a bit too big for our Queen mattress- but our biggest disappointment was with the return policy itself. Because we did not notice any of the grounding benefit with these sheets after a week of using- we decided to return. The 90 Day Money back guarantee, with one email and no questions asked is very deceitful. They would not take the sheets back because they had been opened and used (how are we to use the 90 days and test benefits without using). Absolutely could not believe it, based on the website description of how much they backed their product. There were no * alerting us to ‘small print’- which apparently there is because this was shared with us in the email telling us returns with full refund are not possible. We are moving on, but definitely wanted others to be careful and aware that money will not be refunded- unless of course you leave your box unopened/unused for the 90 days.

I sent my sheets back as I found my house isn’t grounded. They reimbursed half of my $ and said they would reimburse the other half when they received the sheets. That was 5 months ago and numerous emails back and forth. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Bare Earth is a dishonest company as is earthing.com. I was unable to cancel once I realized they are a scam. I reported Bare Earth to BBB and was able to get a refund. Then I ordered from earthing.com. They treated me the exact way Bare Earth. I truly believe they are one and the same. Bare earth made a false link and showed their company with a 9.9 rating and best overall. I just reported Earthing to BBB as well. AMEX checked both disputes and accepted my dispute immediately. Do not trust them. Sincer then, I have found several other counterfeit grounding companies. EarthingHarmony is the real legal site.

False advertising. The company states a 100% refund within 90 days if not satisfied. They refused to refund my money saying the sheets had been used. After several emails questioning how I could see if I’d be satisfied without “trying” them, they issued me a 25% refund. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company unless you are planning to keep them…no questions asked.

Was promised free shipping then didn't get free shipping. Was promised an order cancellation and didn't get an order cancellation. Was promised a full refund and didn't get a full refund. Was promised twice a supervisor would call me and a supervisor didn't call me. Just all around an insanely bad customer experience.

I returned order in full and they refused to refund £253.59, they’re SCAMMERS . Also PayPal refused to give me a refund through their “buyer protection” service which is draconian & obfuscated it’s not worth the “paper” it’s written on! To make a claim is awkward & cumbersome, not user friendly. The staff didn’t explain the rules clearly, when I asked them to pass on new information they didn’t. The complaints system is the same, you can only enter 100 characters to explain the issue, why? Why can’t they have an email form where you can give the full details? At one time you could actually email them and have a proper conversation, that’s gone, cut backs to customer service, says it all.

I ordered two twin grounding sheets and received them at end of November. I have been washing them on gentle. Its miw mid April and the grounding rivets are coming off the sheets. I find them in my washer and or dryer. Now the cords won't attach and stay attached to the sheets. Because it's outside of the 90 days they won't do anything to help even though I would call it a manufacturing defect. Not worth the money so he sure to spend your hard earned dollars on a company that cares more about their clients health than these people.

Here we go again! I’ve already been burned by Grounding Wellness and now it’s Bare Earth Life. Almost 30 days and 2 attempts at getting ahold of them. No grounding sheets. No response. I’ve been alive for 67 years and have never experienced anything like this! Now I’m thinking all the good things I’ve read about this product is all crap made up by these companies just to rip us off. Hahaha. Not funny. I’m going straight to a national consumer protection agency to put these people down and have given up on grounding sheets. To the companies who might actually sell something like what I read, these rip offs are making this bad for you. Peace and please be careful before you give your money away to thieves.
