Barcode GiantReviews of barcodegiant.com

I had ordered the wrong part, called the company immediately and they quickly with no wait corrected my order and i received the correct part within 3 days.

I recently requested a quote from Derek Simmons our account representative. He was extremely prompt in getting back to me with the estimates that I needed and then placing the order. The products were shipped the next day; this was not a rush order. He even took some time to discuss our needs and how better to address them. I couldn't ask for more.

I had to call 4-5 times to get the RMA through the system for a return of a faulty barcode reader. I was told to purchase a new one and return the old one per technical support. I did not get the refund on the original unit for 4 months.

After the order was placed, customer service notified me a few days later that the part was on back order. They gave me an approximate time and asked if I still wanted the part. Indeed I did and I appreciated the heads up. Great service!

took weeks to get my order complete and was not told up-front there was a backorder on the product i needed.

I would use Barcode Giant again. Great prices and speedy delivery.

Won't be back. Your freight costs for one roll of stickers just silly.

I would recommend this company to anyone it was easy and fast .
