I have contacted Barcode Giant three times about a product that I ordered, paid, and received, and they have not returned my phones calls, it's been a week since my original phone call to them. I am extremely disappointed.

I don't order a large quantity of equipment but feel like i'm treated like the most important customer they have. Straight forward customer service like it should be. I don't know how my salesman knows about so many of the products they sell, but he does.

They enfecies more to tell the customer that the RMA will take from two to five days and do not tell people not write on the box. You expect the RMA and when you have it, that is it! I will never recomand Barcode to no one. BAD, very BAD and unacceptable and rude experience, unreasonable and rude conduct. I bought two printers The first I wrote the address on the box, the same day they wrote and send me an e-mail with photoes, the second i still do not know how much refund i received. Poor, Poor, very poor experience
