The scanner keep resetting itself. Every couple of hours It’s just more headache Not recommended at all

I received a reconditioned Scanner and at first had trouble making it work. A person at your company suggested that I contact the manufacturer, which I did. He provided me with a Code 39 sample barcode which I could print out. I printed it out and scanned it with the scanner and it worked perfectly. That told me that the scanner worked, and I just needed to figure out how to print barcodes correctly. I was very pleased with the reconditioned scanner which I purchased from you for just $40, which worked perfectly. In case you need to advise others, MS Word appears to not be able to print barcodes which are scanable. I found out by trial and error that MS Excel does do so. I therefore wrote in excel a spreadsheet which printed barcodes 1 through 80 for an Avery 5167 format sheet. Excel works at doing this, Word does not. John I.

Easy to find the product. Shipped fast. Got exactly what I ordered.

Placed and order a month ago. When placed, their site said it was in-stock and ready to ship, but that turned out not to the case as it still hasn’t shipped. Every week they tell me it will ship next week, but never does, and I have to reach out to them to learn this. Could this go on forever?
