The MBEs were good. The statistics were good. The graders were horrible. Some of the videos were atrocious. The coaches were a waste of time and space. Zero help. Overall I would not recommend Barbri.

The program in general was good and very effective with the combination of lectures and practice when preparing for MBE and FBE. The only downside was that the program was not really designed to prepare for the Florida portion only.

The professors were overall excellent; however, the study hours are underrated, so I ended up studying a lot more hours than the daily recommendation, which leads up to frustration.

This is my second time through the process (first time was over 30 years ago!). I thought all was well done although I would have appreciated more time to become familiar with/practice the subjects on the essays that aren't on the MBE. I was nervous about the essays. I passed - 278 - but not a good enough score for Alaska!

I thought the program did a great job of teaching me what I needed for the exam. It was great to have a day-by-day, hour-by-hour plan to get me through the study period. Generally, the program could use improvement modeling the structure of questions closer to the exam and building in time for memorization.

Contentwise, y'all are top notch. Your legal instructors are great. Your individual instructors for additional guidance are amazing. As you know, your site is not easy to navigate from a user perspective, although when you get use to it, it's functionally fine. The real reason I dropped you a star is because you had glitches with your new payment system that impacted my access to the platform when I had done what was asked of me to set up a payment plan and qualified for it. I was easily able to get the issues fixed and regain access to the platform with a phone a call. Y'all were responsive and very helpful but I still had to call to get you to process a payment and because of that, you took away [tiny amount of time respectively speaking but it adds stress to the process] from my studying. Substantively, not a big deal, but the impact on a student trying to stay focused and limit other stressors is not great. That being said, this is a high quality prep program that I've used 2x successfully in different states passing on the first try in both instances, even though the second time I was working while studying. I recommend BarBRI to everyone I know who is taking the bar. If you follow the program and timelines [give yourself extra time because things will come up], you pass. You want to treat it like a job and BarBRI helps you do that. Their process works and so whatever glitch I dealt with was no harm, no foul. What do corporate lawyers like more than that?
