I bought a trimmer as a present for my boyfriend. The address I had given was incomplete and they were very nice and helped me correct it. I can state it has a very nice customer service. As for the trimmer, a WAHL professional cordless trimmer. Arrived in excellent condition. He has used it now for 3 months and it works nicely for his thick hair.

I ordered a Babyliss disinfectant box on 10th March 2023 and I’ve been waiting over a month now to receive it. It was never delivered. USPS confirmed it was mishandled and the item was lost. USPS asked me to contact Barber Supply for a refund/replacement and Barber Supply will apply to them or insurance for reimbursement. However, Barber Supply refuses to acknowledge that the package was not delivered and insists it was, despite USPS confirming it was not. Customer service with this company is the worst I’ve ever encountered in my life. Whoever responds to the email is extremely rude and disrespectful and refuses to be of any assistance whatsoever. I will never, ever shop at this online store ever again and I highly, highly do not recommend.
