Yesterday I went in to the emergency room at Fallon, Nevada. with a box of medical records and a disk of images proving I had a spinal fusion referral and three fractured vertebrae from C3 to C5 and two slipped disc in between, the doctor that only came in and started recording me, which was very odd, but then she proceeded to accuse me of being a opiate seeker, so I immediately grabbed my shit and walked out while she was trying to convince me to stay after already offending me, religious beliefs, and disrespecting me in front of my wife and child calling me a drug seeker. I don’t know why my primary care is wanting to torture me for 26 months without offering me any pain relief along with progressive and West Coast Trial Lawyers but this is not humane. This is torture according to the human rights declaration of United Nations.

Nothing says bad like feeling bad after…
Nothing says bad like feeling bad after a visit to Banner. 15 grand later, they did nothing to help. Might as well bought a used car for a shyster used car dealer. they act in a dishonest, unethical, or unscrupulous way,

Very disappointed with Banner’s billing…
Very disappointed with Banner’s billing practices and customer service. I scheduled a preventive physical and was later charged for an additional office visit without being told that anything discussed or performed was outside the scope of my physical.
Billing first gave me one explanation and told me to contact my insurance. When my insurance called Banner with me, we were given a different explanation—that additional services had been performed. I still don’t know what those services were.
As a patient, I should be informed when something will result in an additional charge. To make matters worse, while we were trying to get clarification, the Banner representative hung up on both me and my insurance representative.
I like my physician, but this experience has caused my husband and me to leave Banner. Trust and transparency matter in healthcare.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Specifically the Vistancia location in Peoria, AZ. Staff is unkind and rude. Recently my appointment was cancelled 30-mins before my scheduled arrival time. I wasn’t told why it was cancelled and the office person didn’t offer a semblance of an apology for cancelling last minute. l was told the next available appointment with my doctor would be 2-months away, no other assistance or help was offered. The staff member on this call was cold and deeply unsympathetic.

The unfair & stupid decision of Mrs. Jennifer Lawless
It’s about the unfair and stupid decision of Mrs. Jennifer Lawless, the manager of Banner Olive Branch Senior Center, 13049 N 103rd Ave. Sun City, AZ 85351, this foolish, and unjust decision preventing many needy individuals who are living very near Banner Center from accessing the food pantry based on geographic boundaries, while absurdly allowing others who far away from the center to use it. Is this not an injustice against needy people who live just minutes from the center? What kind of foolish mind made such a decision? Banner needs to investigate this foolish and inequitable decision, or all their claims about supporting the needy people and caring for the elderly are fake and nothing but a deception and lies. Please act fast some people lost their daily food because of this stupid decision. Thanks

Banner University Rheumatology
I really like Banner University Hospital and most of it's doctors. However, my recent experience with their Rheumatology Department was very bad. No wonder on Yelp and Google they have 2.0 stars and that is only because you have to at least post one star to post on Google. My name is Chatauna Robinson. If I could give no stars I would, but unfortunately they make you give at least one star. My journey with this department and one of its doctors has not been very comforting nor pleasant. I thought after the first inital visit my doctor was getting better. I wrote that it was getting better in one of their surveys, however I guess it was on my end but not hers. When I first met Dr. K. she never smiled or looked and was cold towards me. Her Student who was there and saw me first she was very nice, talkative and approachable, however, Dr. K was not. Then the next time we met Dr. K. had changed her entire vibe. Then the next time we met she had two women with her and she accused me of not liking her in the beginning, which was not true, I did not even know her. So I responded with how she came to me without smiling or looking at me and was cold. We met again and she had a male student with her and this time I received the same treatment as before. I explained to her everything I had been going through. She put me on medication that is not working. In my portal I was communicating with her, which takes her days to get back with me. So I asked if I could try this other medication that will not raise my blood sugar up, because I suspect that the last medication she put me on is raising my blood sugar. She wrote me back and stated that she can no longer treat me that I should find another Rheumatologist. I am a retired RN so I monitor myself very closely. What I eat, drink, snacks, my labs so I always talk with my doctors. And we usually work out a plan that we can both live with. When something is not right they usually listen to me. But she just threw me away like I was nothing. So I was able to make an appointment with Kim, PA but since doctors stick together two days before my appointment she had Erin the receptionist call me and cancel stating that she did not want me as a patient. All of my doctors, except for my PCP is at Banner University. I HAVE NEVER EVER, had this experience with any of them like I have had with the Rheumatology Department. If you look at their reviews then you will see how many people are very disappointed in the treatment that they have received from there. But because they are specialist, they can get away with treating you anyway they can. Everything I have written is true and is in my Banner Portal along with the reviews that I posted with Banner.
