The worst customer service. Dispute resolution is a clown circus. They can’t get their story straight and provide ZERO support for bad purchases. Had them for years for zero foreign transaction fees but am now done with them. RUN AWAY quickly.

I opened an account a few weeks while shopping. After I received my card I was wondering if I were to receive email notifications. I called. They are rude, unprofessional and outrageous...I stated my concern and they wanted me to verify all over again the same repetitive information. My email was not the one on file. I had a huge issue with this because sensitive information is shared. After 7 calls in two days spamming iver 10 hours my card is locked and I am on the fraud list and with explanations.I have had nothing but trouble with these people. I will pay my 280 bucks and be do e with them...i would not suggest this bank.

0% interest offer was mailed to me as a current customer. Processed the offer on the app. Barclay cancelled the transfer without cause. They stated I could request again after 7-10 business days when it would be cleared off my account, BUT the second request had to be processed before the deadline which is not possible. Barclay gave me three different reasons and three different dates of cancellation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and competency.

Without a doubt the worst bank card ever. At the start all was good, got my card start using it no problem then I did a large purchase which they declined no problem understandable actually, so I called them confirmed I was the purchaser which they approved and told me to put it through again, it declined again whilst they were on the phone. They told me to put it through a total of 5 times before it actually was approved..thank God I thought. I paid off my the balance before the statement came in. Tried booking a flight on Jet Blue the card was denied for fraudulent activity...hmm strange I thought. After calling they told me it I need to send 3 pieces of identification which has been done and now BARCLAYS HAVE LOST ALL THAT DOCUMENTATION the fraud funnily enough I've just found out was related to the 5 attempts their rep told me to keep trying. All I need to do is close the accounts but that can't be done because yes theres still a hold on my account. So I honestly I say to anyone do not use Barclays bank card its not worth the hassle.

They received one star becasue zero isn't possible. I got the card becasue I want to start flying Breeze airlines and get points to apply for future airfair. After applying with excellent credit and receiving my card with a generous credit limit, I moved all my monthly bills to the Barclays/Breeze card and racked up about 1/5 my total credit limit in charges in a few days....Not a big deal as I pay off my balance every month if not sooner...Barclays thought otherwise though as they locked my card and wont unlock it until I send identity proving documents...it's been almost 20 days since I sent the documents and it's still locked. Ridiculous and absurd! I've never had anything close to the poor experience I've had with Barclays thus far.

Terrible customer service and a huge waste of time. Can't make any purchases without being flagged for fraud which simply makes the card unusable.

I called to find out why Barkley has been taking automatic payments for my credit card for the last 13 months since I haven’t had a balance on that card in over two years they were hateful and unhelpful… When I asked for a manager, they would not put a manager on… I would think if my ratings were as low as theirs I would be doing something about it to ensure that customers get a good experience… I will be canceling my Old Navy credit cards because of their use of this credit card service

I used my credit card for a hotel stay on May 16th, I had a reservation for 133.80 and upon check in the hotel changed the amount to 203.23. I disputed sent in my documents showing my reservation of 133.80 and they agreed and credited my account 69.43 but then the hotel sent in theirs and Barclay sided with the hotel and refused my claim and recharged my account.
