Signed up to the website, get frequent emails urging to join...which I don't want, I have clicked unsubscribe, written to them directly and had nothing back apart from...more emails asking me to subscribe. I dare not think what happens to those that have paid for a subscription and want to cancel...use FB instead.

Bandmix helped us a lot when looking for guitar and bass guitar players. It's worth the fees to have access to musicians. My only suggestion would be to allow some kind of rating system for musicians so that people looking don't end up with the really bad or flaky players.

Captain Crooks. I turned off auto-renewal so that I would not be billed again, but they billed me anyway and took no responsibility for the intentional mishap. They can keep the money, I deleted my account. Fyi, this has happened to other people, Im not that special.

Unresponsive customer service ... wrote 3 times about a single issue and received nothing back. Watch - if you have a premium status - they set your account to auto-renew.... if you want a refund - you may encounter unresponsive customer service as well
