I would give this company negative review “stars” if possible. I ordered women’s sneakers from this company. When they arrived, my only concern was if they fit the length of my foot. I never imagined Bandier, a women’s clothing company, would send me MEN’s sneakers. They look the same, but over time my feet hurt immensely from wearing a men’s shoe that was not appropriately fit in width nor angles. When I looked at the shoe to determine the size, I realized it said MEN’s size 9. The company refused any recourse. I would not recommend a company that substitutes products without customer approval.

Is this site selling fake shoes? I purchased 3 pairs of Nikes. The second I unboxed them I could tell they were off. The quality was so poor, shoe glue exposed, poor stitching, Nike emblem if off. Comparing them to my real Nike 270s they are completely different. I am absolutely convinced these are fake shoes.

Ordered a pair of Loci shoes in my size. Received, but they were too small. I attempted to return/exchange following Bandier’s instructions but their site said they could not issue shipping labels and to contact customer service but after repeated tries, they have not responded. Their phone contact number is non responsive as well. It’s as if the company is not in existence.is

Awful total was wrong said it applied a reward and didn’t they also said they ship within 24 hours a week later, and it was never shipped. The phone number is just an automated message. The online chat does not work and it took almost a week to get an email response

I’ve had an awful experience with their customer service. I am a long time pro status member never having any returns and all of the sudden without explanation Bandier starts to cancel my orders. It’s been a couple of weeks now that I try to reach Bandier’s customer service to see what the issue is but it seems that they blocked my email. Trying to call them doesn’t work either as I get automated message that I should email them but emails don’t reach them. I tried to write to them from different email and they also blocked it. I have no idea why is it so difficult to explain what is going on so that the issue can be resolved. Very very disappointed with the store I used to love. That’s not the way you should treat your long time customers but I guess you don’t care about your customers at all.

Ordered 12 days ago and still don’t have my items. Wouldn’t mind so much if shipping was free, but it was $12.99 to ship!!!

You pay $12 to ship, then if you need to return or exchange its a deduction of $10 from your order. So you end up out $22 just to try the product? Only order if you are absolutely sure it is your size and you will want to keep it. Essentially this is a FINAL SALE website, customer service is non existent and wont reply to emails. Reviews here dont lie!

I'd give them zero stars if that were an option. They literally charged me a fortune, said they delivered my stuff but never did. I even checked security footage of my building and no delivery was made at the time they claimed. Then when I tried to call customer service (MANY TIMES) all i get is a we'll get back to you in 24 hours. Nobody has gotten back to me and they are legit avoiding me like the plague. what a sham. they should be ashamed of themselves.
