I ordered a pair of On running shoes (they are a newly released style called 'cloudnova.' I was sent an older pair that is not even carried by Bandier anymore but in the correct box. I reached out to customer service and they would not even attempt to see if there was a mismatched pair/more of my size in stock (by the time the item was sent it was sold out). It is VERY sketchy that a BRAND new style released just days within my order had an OLD pair in the new style's box. I will NEVER shop at Bandier again as I cannot trust this company.

In the history of my online shopping and shopping in general I have never been shorted a refund until today. They shorted me $10 on my refund. Returning my package was heavily delayed and took forever (3 weeks) for me to get my money back. Thankfully, in the first email they were prompt and told me that it was going to be delayed and gave me information but I'm not happy about the refund being shorted.

My friend just happened to be browsing in one of their store in New York and was racially profiled and told to get out by their female staffs and security guard.

International buyers beware they provide no customer service if you don't live in US. I ordered 2 pairs of cotton citizen joggers to ship to Montreal - most online retailers provide free or reasonable shipping price - but they charge 29USD for shipping to Canada...Order placed and took 2 weeks to ship out thru a second party, during this time they didn't answer my emails or update me just referred me to this third party shipper. One of the joggers arrived stained - but of course they still don't answer or provide customer service. If your shipping international you're better off with other responsible online retailers with immediate customer service. What a joke.
