Look, the products are great, but they are not worth the exploitative markup you pay. The cactus moisturizer has jumped to 3x its original price in five years, and the smallest size, which is $100, basically feels like you're buying a sample of the product, even when you're using it so sparingly. The "a little goes a long way" notion doesn't hold water here, it's still an indefensible price tag. I use an amount that is like 1/4 of a pea, and not even daily because who can afford that? Moreover, the website feels like it's designed to trick you, and is so glitchy it has you going in circles to enter your payment info. As much as I like the products, I detest any company that takes advantage of its customers and charges extortionate prices.

Disgruntled, to say the least...
I am a long time customer, since the early days. I have absolutely loved the products that I have purchased and it is that reason the star rating isn't lower.
My most recent purchase is after the new packaging and formula upgrade. I received my products all just fine except for 2. The apple cider toners, I had to order 2 of the 4oz size because the larger economy size was sold out. No biggie there.
The biggie is that I pulled them both out (as well as all the other products) and upon first inspection, I can see that the toners are kind of low, and one moreso than the other. I immediately got on the email horn to talk to their customer service, which had been fabulous in the past. They really seemed to care deeply about the customer back then. It is why I immediately emailed, I thought they would still care for me the same way. First, I got a response asking if there was any leakage. I responded with photos confirming no leaks at all. The customer service is an AI chatbot at this point and says if there are no signs of leakage, then everything is as it should be and, basically, good day. This is definitely a production error. They proceeded to try to tell me this is normal based on their small batch processes and the inconsistencies found in nature. I find that absolutely to be bologna. You have humans working to fill these bottles, they should be filled to a standard and not below, and there should be quality control watching out for this kind of thing. Eventually, I was asked for a lot number, but I am not sure providing that info, that they should already have, will make any difference. They also offered to exchange but said the products may come the same. I find these responses problematic, and just a huge departure from previous experiences with their customer service. What is happening, folks?

Good but nahhhhh
Some of the products are stellar; however products change over (a short) time... quite expensive at 96.00 for the small set... and curiously the pettigrain moisturizer causes hives around my eyes if it gets close

I was shocked this was in glass…
I was shocked this was in glass containers, not shower friendly. Cleanser.. better cleansers out there plus glass container not friendly. The only thing I like is the exfoliated. For the results way too expensive.

They're great till you have an issue
Overall I'm happy with the skincare products they offer. I don't really have any issues with clogged pores as long as I exfoliate at least once a week. The issue i have is my recent order that was well over 200. The cleanser had a loose cap and it leaked some product inside the box. Contacted them to see what they can do. They're like "well we can't refund it, but we can give you 20% off your next purchase." I don't want a refund, I want a replacement! Their lack of customer service doesn't make we want to spend more $$. By the looks of it they do not back their products. So once I finish up what i bought, I'll likely look for a brand that stands by what they sell...
