BambooHR is a Best in Class HRIS I've worked with HRIS systems for small to medium-sized companies for over 25 years. What I love about BambooHR is that they considered it from the HR side in terms of creating effective process workflows to manage People Operations electronically. The interface is super user-friendly, and my employees actually enjoy the platform! While there is always room for improvement, I've been using BambooHR since 2014 and it's amazing to see how much has been improved and added!

I have used BambooHR across two separate companies, one which had scaled to about 900 employees, and a smaller organisation with less than 100. The platform worked well in both scenarios and across multiple locations. The UX is top-notch - both for the HR team and for employees and managers. There are many ways you can customise fields, settings, layout etc either yourself, with Bamboo's help or if you need to do something more complex by utilising their open API and someone who has some dev skills! Their customer service team is helpful and responsive. Would recommend and happily use again at another employer.
