I have enjoyed using Bamboo with the company I have worked at for the past 7 years. During this time, I have switched to a new bank and I was able to very easily change the account to which my direct deposits are sent. I did not need to fill out a form and leave it with HR or anyone else, I did it myself form the Bamboo online platform and the very next paycheck was deposited to my new account. I would recommend any company use the Bamboo HR platform.

I've used BambooHR for the past 2.5 years and it's the best ATS and HRIS platform I've used in my 15 year HR career. The system is easy to use for employees and leader alike; both mobile and desktop versions. BambooHR provides the experience, technical data, reports, and metrics necessary for HR, payroll, and leadership to successfully lead their company in an effective, efficient, and accurate way. Because of Bamboo, I spend a fraction of previous time collaborating over candidates and onboarding those we hire. The system is smooth, simple, and has an inviting and fun design. Bamboo has also given employees control over their own information. Since employees can update their own personal information and emergency contacts, and find their own HR documents, I no longer have to receive emails for each one of those things for our hundreds of employees day after day. It maybe took one school year to get all of the staff onboard, but now that we have, there are never any complaints about the system. It's been a game-changer for our HR department and our school.

Great HRIS Solution Bamboo was easy to implement and has cut down our onboarding paperwork to being almost completely paperless. It gives our new staff a positive first impression. We are now using it for performance management and goal setting which has been great. We are nationally accredited and have to be licensed by several state agencies all of which have been very complimentary of Bamboo.
