The interface is easy to use and one click you can see the info you are looking for. The only concern would be the loading time after one click.

BambooHR, in my opinion, is quite easy to navigate. The features are quite user friendly, and it suits my organisation pretty well. One of my favourite features is that it allows you to create accurate reports, and the time-off feature is a God sent.

We've been long term partners with Bamboo for almost 10 years! This is a great platform for small to mid-sized businesses. We utilize the onboarding, ATS and many other features. I love the personalization and custom fields we've worked together to create over the years. Their customer service is great too. Sometimes the reporting tools fail but we've been able to get the data one way or another. A favorite feature of mine is the email template customization. We also really utilize the access levels and email alert options. Very helpful in our internal communication amongst our teams. I would highly recommend for onboarding, hiring and overall HRIS.

This program has added many layers of visibility as a manager at our company. It is also a time saver when working through an HR situation within the comapany.
