I was excited because birthday balloons were able to be delivered to my mom who lives in a small town where local deliveries aren't an option. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the QR code wouldn't work for the voice recording we out on there for her.

I was disappointed in how the package arrived for fun in a box ..we sent pics to customer service they agreed I use this company all the time and I ne er have an issue ..I have a 2nd order to some one else again this week. My damaged order got refunded that is 100 % the proper thing todo ..one small business owner to next

They were not delivered. He got "NOTHING" for his birthday. I am not happy at all. I ordered this several weeks in advance and they still have not arrived. I will never order here again.
