My uncle is in an assisted living facility, and I sent him a balloon bouquet. I live in Florida, and he is in Pennsylvania. I ordered the balloons online, and trusted that they would arrive on time as ordered. To my delight, when I called and spoke to a nurse to follow up, she shared with me that the balloons were attached to his wheelchair for all to see when we moved around the areas. I hope everyone wished him a happy birthday when they saw the balloons. And most importantly, she said when she tied them to his chair, it made him smile! Thank you Balloons in a Box for delivering that smile!

The company followed up with me about the experience and resolved the issue. They were professional and apologized for the mishap. I completely understand that once an item leaves the facility, what happens next is not something they control. I will give them another try.
