Nice Idea
I rank this business four stars because I was not completely satisfied with the service. I ordered a custom balloon bouquet consisting of seven balloons, all but one were in perfect condition; the one that was not was half deflated upon delivery. My biggest disappointment was the card. They give you an option of having a personal message attached, which I selected. It was hand written, with very sloppy penmanship, I assumed for the price I paid, it would have been more professional, like being printed on. In fact, I was very upset with the card. I do applaud the timely and accurate delivery, though. Overall, this company is a nice idea.. especially if you're trying to surprise someone. The website is very easy to navigate and the selections are vast. First time ordering from this company, never heard of them before until I did my research, wasn't all bad. Totally legit. In the future, if occasion arises, I would probably order from them again. Thank you.
