My Aunt Peggy and Uncle Fred had a neighbor in Texas who invented a device like this. If this is the company of the same man, I am finally buying a couple of them. I had some invention ideas and Aunt Peg told me this story.

I got an email to review the product…
I got an email to review the product the day it was shipped; this was premature. The product was delivered 2 days later than originally promised. This was probably due to holiday mail and the USPS closing one day for a Presidential funeral. The ballcap buddy cap washers worked fine. I would suggest that the instructions not be put in the bill of the cage. I didn't see that I was supposed to open the cap from the back on the first one, so I opened the bill. That cage now opens harder than the one I opened from the back. It is a good product, but don't send out your review request until after the product has been delivered.

Thank you for the review. We are not sure who asked for it since we do not request reviews ( we feel if it is worthy of a review, we will get it) and as you said, it doesnt make sense to ask until you have received it and had the opportunity to use it. If you are having trouble with the one you opened from the front, try making sure the front snaps are really snapped shut. Sometimes if its not really snapped tight, it might do that. Did you receive the product? If not, please contact us. If you did receive it, what typically is happening is that packages are being handed to third party carriers after we ship it, and there is no tracking until the package is delivered to you. Paul This is the first we have heard there was a problem receiving your order. We cannot fix it if we are unaware there was a problem and we need your information to search for it. We have no shipments here that have been returned. Please provide your order number and shipping information and send it to [email protected] so we can trace your order. When we learn there is a problem with a shipment ( we ship hundreds every day) we investigate it immediately.
