My overall experience has been excellent with exceptional customer service in all areas.

Everything was completed by email which was a good thing. However, it was very lengthy and each time I thought we had everything, something else was asked for. However, overall, it was a good experience.

This is our second loan through Balboa. The first was for a truck two years ago. Knowing that there was a tank that we would need for this truck Balboa kept in touch with us to see if we were ready to move on to the next phase of getting the tank as the tank was more than the truck. When we were ready to purchase the tank, they had all of the paperwork to us within 24 hours and ready to move forward on it. Thank you for all of the help in getting this set up.
