They are working to change their willingness to work with you on issues. After 3 years, and MULTIPLE emails on how unhappy I was with the last lease, they finally let me payoff my lease. My last lease cost me WAY more than it should, but they did work with me on getting a decent payoff.

My experience whenever making a major purchase is communication, I didn't really get that with this company. I wanted to put a down payments on this truck to make my payments lower, I wasn't asked if I wanted to put anything down, was never told how much the a.p.r would be, was sent in the contract how much my payment would be and account number only, instead of being in touch with and talking to a human. Scott seemed like he was a nice guy but more interested in going to the gym then discussing what was needed to be disgusted. I got a little more aggravated and wished I had taken my business elsewhere, I wasn't gonna do this survey cause I just wanted the whole ordeal put behind me, but hopefully I never have to deal with this company again sorry

I gave Balboa Capital a 1 star review earlier, they have thankfully resolved the issue and I am revamping my review to 3 stars. If we use them in the future and things go smoothly I will again revamp my review.

WHEN I NEEDED MY LOAN THEY HELPED ME OUT AND IT WAS GREAT! HOWEVER WHEN AND HOW MUCH THEY PULLED FROM MY ACCOUNT IS DIFFERENT. AND WHEN I CALLED FOR HELP ALL I GET WAS REFER TO THIS PAGE AND FIGURE IT OUT PRETTY MUCH SUMS UP THE HELP THEY GAVE ME. THEY FORCED PLACED INSURANCE ON MY EQUIPMENT AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT THEY JUST SAID LOOK AT THIS PAGE OF YOUR AGREEMENT AND FIGIURE IT OUT. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. I THOUGHT IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF BUT THEY KEEP PULLING EXTRA MONEY, WHEN I CALLED IN I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AND I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH IT FIXED ...STILL WAITING... SO IN THE END...YES THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY TO HELP YOU GET MONEY BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT AND WHAT THEY SAY AND DO THEY DON'T FOLLOW UP.

I call so many time to billing error and no one ever fix that issue right now I paid last 5 month different amount what I not sign documents says so please make sure billing every month other than good service and quick loan process
