I stepped into Balani looking for a custom suit. I had no idea the level of detailed customization (and expert knowledge) that comes with such a purchase. I have to say, the service was impeccable. The level of patience and care throughout the materials selection process and assistance with decisions made the experience enjoyable. I'm not someone who enjoys shopping - but I'll look forward to coming back here for a sport jacket in the spring.

Great selection of shirts, suits and sport coats. Be attentive to your measurements, as every little thing counts. Great customer service by a sales person named Emily. A little confusing as to the quality and level of each different shirt's product & material that's offered...

Bought 2 custom coats, over $1000 each. Belts didn't fit. Contacted Belani, they sent FedEx envelope to return belts, which I did. Never got new ones. Very disappointing, long term customer. Things have changed, not for better.
