The clothes are, of course, top of the line. But it is the customer service that differentiates for me. Anticipating needs and understanding style preferences. Balani makes it easy to look great.

Friendly and professional
I've used several tailors and Balani is the best one I've found in Chicago. They have a great team, but I keep finding myself going back to Ricardo Bucio. Friendly, professional and great style advice.
