They made the process easy and smooth. Worked with a lady named Zoya quite a bit and she was nothing but professional. Highly recommended when you think it cant be done, give them a try.

The fact that I was able to be approved for a possibility was amazing and the process was smooth and simple to understand.

The people from Balance that I dealt with were awesome. They were efficient and honest throughout all areas of the application process. Balance was also understanding with consistent efforts through excellent communications to accommodate my personal situation. I am very pleased with my situation and offer my total endorsement of the program.
