This company was an absolute lifesaver for us. Yes it was a lengthy process, and a lot of paperwork. But they work with you quickly to get everything set and they make sure you understand everything before you sign the agreement. Everyone who worked with us, Aaron, arisha, and zoya were all super helpful and very friendly. If you feel any doubts at all, trust me I did at first because I had never heard of balance homes before, however it’s completely 100% a darn good company to work with. They got us a great value for our home and thanks to them we are completely out of debt!! I can’t thank yall enough for all your help! 😊😊 seriously if you need help with debts or facing financial hardships and you think there’s nowhere to turn but bankruptcy, think again because Balance Homes can certainly help you get back on track and give you a second chance! Do not use this company! They take over 80% of your equity and doesn't give any of it back. There are much better options if you need an equity loan.
