It's very easy ordering and delivery is fast as you like, I send these cupcakes to my children and my grandchildren for years and they always look forward to getting them, they love baked by Melissa!!

Delicious food. Came fast

Was so happy to be able to get GF mini cupcakes at the mall! My grandkids loved all of the flavors!!

Customer service was extremely helpful.

Amazing client service and absolutely delicious cupcakes! I sent them as a gift to a friend and she is still raving about them.

I had an issue with a delivery for Mother’s Day arriving late and damaged. They quickly rectified the situation and were very kind in all communication I had with them. Very delicious and adorable cupcakes!

I have now got 2 orders. Both pick your own, 25 count. I chose 2 of each flavor I wanted and I should have done more. All of them were SO good! I placed my last order on a Sunday and received it on Tuesday. That's pretty fast. The cupcakes are super cute and very flavorful. Perfect for a late night sugar craving without ruining a diet. I even tried the Vegan Strawberry ones. I will be ordering those for my vegan friends. Very moist cakes, cute, bite sized and delicious. Worth every penny spent!

Baked by Melissa customer service is great! It’s an actual person who helped with my issue. They made me feel like they actually cared and made it right. The vegan cupcakes were delicious! Highly recommend, I just ordered again!
