Hi there! Thank you for your loyalty over the years and for sharing your feedback. Your recent order was delivered on the date you selected, just before 5 PM. Your previous order (which was shipped via Fedex) arrived one day late, still within our freshness guarantee, and we refunded it in full as a courtesy. We do recommend that you order 1-2 days before you need your order delivered for special occasions. Carrier delays can happen, and we do our best to ensure everything arrives on time. Unfortunately, we can’t control carrier routes and schedules, including FedEx, which is why we recommend planning an earlier delivery. That said, your order arrived as scheduled. We are more than happy to help with any issue that arises and we know that timing is everything when it comes to gifting.
