About BairesDev

BairesDev is your expert partner, working alongside you to build high-quality software — AI for the speed, top 1% engineers for the precision. We mean "top 1%" literally: we receive more than 2 million applications a year and hire fewer than 1% of them. That is the standard every engineer on your team has met — 4,000+ senior engineers across the Americas and the Caribbean, in 50 countries, working in your time zone.Since 2009 we've completed 1,200+ projects for 500+ clients — from disruptive startups to Fortune Global 500 brands including Google, Johnson & Johnson, and Rolls-Royce.Bring us into your stack and your standards, and our engineers extend your team. Engage us for the full project, and we deliver end to end — including the AI systems themselves: agents, assistants, and data platforms running in production. And if you're still defining what an AI-native development lifecycle should look like, we have a program designed to guide it.Bootstrapped since 2009, profitable since day one, and studied at Harvard Business School. Nothing to complain about
They just finished all of their tasks with us the other day. I have nothing to complain about. They were able to finish ahead of time, and the software they built for us is running perfectly

Read the blog
If you're unsure about moving forward through software development, then reading the blogs is one of the best things you can do. Very soon after I availed of their services, we were able to see the impact of having a good system in place. And it all started from reading these blogs.

Will reach out to these guys again
I'm very happy with the work of the team assigned to us. They were able to make our lives so much easier. Will certainly come back as a repeat customer when we have more projects to be worked on.

More suitable for bigger companies
Based on the prices, I think these guys are targetting the bigger players more. I'd appreciate it if there were cheaper rates for smaller clients. My businessmen friends seem to be happy with their services though

Happy client
Very happy client. I really appreciate the value-for-money here. It may seem like a big investment upfront, but I can tell you, what you're getting is much more than what you'll pay for. I have absolutely no regrets, and I can actually say that our business wouldn't be where we are today if it weren't for BairesDev

There was a learning curve
There was a learning curve for our team at first. It was our first time to have a program as powerful as this, so there was an obvious learning curve. But after some time, when we got more comfortable with the program, it started making our lives so much easier.

Do more than what is asked
I really appreciate the fact that BairesDev has always done more than what was asked for. We've been their client a couple of times now, and in every single project they've worked on, they always included more than what was asked for.
