Staff Never Respond
I have received numerous unsolicited marketing emails from BairesDev. I have contacted the sender (Thomas Snyder) twice to ask where they have obtained my email address from and both times, he has failed to respond to me.

Uninvited Marketing Approach by BairesDev
I was contacted by Nick Douglas from BairesDev with an unsolicited email that claimed to have 'done quick research' on my company. This message made assumptions about our internal needs regarding engineering talent and tech automation. Not only was this email unsolicited and without prior consent, but it also made presumptions that do not reflect our company's situation or needs. The fact that BairesDev used my contact information, presumably gleaned from sources like LinkedIn without explicit permission, is a breach of my expectations for privacy and data use. It also casts doubt on the research quality claimed by Mr. Douglas, given the inaccuracy of his assertions about our company's status and needs. I advise BairesDev to re-evaluate their marketing and data collection practices to ensure they are compliant with privacy laws and more respectful of the professionals they contact. Assumptions about potential clients and unsolicited emails are not the basis for a trustworthy business relationship.

Just like the others
Just like the others, I have been spammed by this company for months, on my email work, aggressively. I do not recommend them. Over aggressive marketing techniques and total dishonesty. 97% of their good reviews are from new, fresh accounts, that have never left a review to any other company but this. That should tell you something.

SPAM Forever!
There is no way to get off of their marketing spam list and it never stops!! They have followed me from job to job over the past several years and they reference a random LinkedIn endorsement I gave every single time. That person hates it too!
