Don't use if you are planning on using NetDisk intensely
I like that they streamline the process but I think it's scummy as nuts that they charge you just for downloading stuff that is already on the internet , also that they give you the review link on your order email

Pay and wait
I paid and received nothing for hours, stuck on "finalizing" despite the website saying it would be available quickly. Next day it's finally available, so yes it worked, but I had to pay 3$ for 179 mb file I received 12 hours later.

Hi, We’re sorry that your file took longer than expected to become available. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait 12 hours when you expected a much quicker turnaround. We’re glad the file was eventually delivered, but we acknowledge that the delay fell short of your expectations. We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate what caused the processing delay and improve your experience. Please email **[email protected]** with your order number so our team can review your transaction and assist you further. Thank you for your feedback and patience.
