I have been in the embroidery business for over 15 years, and I currently own multiple BAI embroidery machines, including single-head and two-head models. I use my machines regularly for my embroidery business, and overall, I have been very satisfied with their performance, reliability, and production capabilities. One thing I especially appreciate is the technical support. Luke Ren has been very helpful whenever I have needed assistance. Recently, I was experiencing issues with two needle positions, and Luke provided a video explaining how to fix the problem. I followed his instructions and successfully resolved both issues. As someone with many years of embroidery experience, I understand the importance of proper maintenance, adjustments, and having reliable technical support when needed. I tried updating my V22's firmware, but my initial attempt successfully disabled my embroidery machine. After a quick chat with BAI technical support, I was up and running again with an updated firmware.

I love my machine and when I have an issue or can’t figure it out Luke always is a great help in a timely manner. He sends me videos of what needs to be done and it’s very easy to follow and it takes care of my issue.

I own 2 BAI Vision 2 head embroidery machines. They work like a charm. Flats and hats come out perfect every time. Their support is top notch. Response times a quick. I can’t recommend BAI enough.

1 million stitches and going. Had some issues with machine. Technical support for fixing is top notch. I do not run these machines. I had to fix an issue for my wife. I work on machines that are 3+ million dollars. I do not get the technical support from them as I did BAI.
