I have two Bai mirrors and I love them! I was experienced at using a multi needle machine but I still had to learn the ins and outs of this machine. Everything I needed was just a message away or I found it on You Tube. Never have had a problem.

Bought a Bai Mirror in fall of 2025 and have used it consistently almost every day. From day one, their support has been fabulous. Helping with initial set up to troubleshooting even the minor issues, they have been there to help. The machine itself is a workhorse and with consistent maintenance and care should last for awhile.
